You will be required to provide 100 points of ID
Please ensure you bring sufficient identity documents to your appointment. Example, Passport, Drivers Licence, that must confirm your current address. Bank Statement (no need to show us your financials), Medicare card, Key Pass, Rates Notice, Lease Agreement, sufficient Identity Documents that prove your identity.
Preparing for your Appointment
Bring your document/s to be notarized with you to your appointment and any instructions which you may have.
If you can email us your document/s and instructions prior to your appointment, that will save you time and costs.
Have them filled in before your appointment. Please let us know if you require additional witnesses.
Do not sign your document/s until you come to see the Notary.
